  • Messiah Demo and 5.41 - no go?

I downloaded that monster of a technical demo called Messiah + the patch and had it running great under 5.30 drivers. I upgraded to the 5.41 drivers and the game starts up but once I get to the main menu (with that cool music), all I get is garbage and the system locks up. Now I only tried this once buit I am wondering if anyone else has seen this?

You must have the desktop for windows set to 16-bit. If you are like me you love the beautiful output of your matrox card and have your desktop run at 32-bit. Did you see any difference in framerates when you overclocked? I have near the same system as you. P-3 500 14gb IBM hd 128 133ram Live sound and g400 max

I am running at 16bit. I was screwing around with some installs so that maybe it.

I'll try it out again from a clean reboot.

      Are you running PD5.41?
