  • Is it normal?

    Hi!

I've got an Epox mobo with via mvp3 with G400 32MB DH.
I inspected my machine and found something awful on the g400 properties/resources tab.
The confilct device list box contains the following:
    Memory Range E6000000 - E7FFFFFF used by:
VIA Tech CPU to AGP controller
    Memory Range E0000000 - E0003FFF used by:
VIA Tech CPU to AGP controller
    Memory Range E1000000 - E17FFFFF used by:
VIA Tech CPU to AGP controller

If I change the memory ranges my g400 refuses to work properly.
With these settings my machine works fine.
Is this normal or I missed something?

    Bye
    Yanee

Sounds like you mught be running 95....?
If so, it's not a problem, as long as you have applied the USBSUPP.exe patch to 95.
95 simply was not written for AGP support, and does not recognize that as a normal shared resource...
