seems to me that if you start the game with the launcher, that it gives you a hardware option.is it starting with launcher or going straight to the game?launcher has an options box.

Thank you for your answer Gobrob.

When I run the game, it starts with the launcher, then I go to hardware option, then I click on display settings but....nothing happens!
If I try to play directly the game, it tells me I have to config display settings before.

The funny thing is that I can perfectly run the demo version of this game!

      Tahnks again.

      Daniele.

Seems I recall you have the LG Flatron monitor? Star Wars Racer has problems with USB hubs (particularly those built into monitors). I have the Flatron and had a similar problem, demo worked fine, full version completely dead. The solution is to unplug the USB hub to play Star Wars Racer. You can still use USB, just not your Flatron's in built hub. Lucasarts is aware of the problem and may come up with a fix.

          Hope it works,

          Dave
