TurboGl with Q3Demo try this
1. Remove opengl32.dll in q3demotest directory (if you have that file there)
2. Start Q3demo
3. Set Q3Demo to 800x600 32 bit colors and "apply settings"
4. Leave Q3DEMO
5. Copy opengl32.dll in you're Q3demotest directory.
6. Start Q3demo
Didn't try every graphic option yet if it works with q3demo.
