g400 halflife setup file.

hi i was wondering if someone out thire could help.

im starting to play consterstrike online. wow fun mod. and i need some help its been a while scince i played and i was wondering if anyone has some console comands or a .cfg file that would help my game. im curently useing a p2 464 cpu and defualt opengl.

first would d3d be better for online play or would open gl. (curently at 800*600 i still see some slow down at really intence action. opengl) sould i just give up and go for a p3 cpu ? in my bh6. and overclock the sucker. ?
please give me some ideas.
