I don't know if this is an acceptable solution, but if you try to run in i740 mode it will perform acceptably. BUT there will be missing textures. BTW, in this mode at 1024x768 I averaged about 45 fps. I hope this helps some of you.

See my other post in this section. After DLing the most current PowerDesk 5.25 and the Beta, none of the OGL stuff will apply, and res. highest choice stops at 1024.
