Asus P2B-D

Hi everyone,
does anyone know the settings for the manual jumers on the Asus P2B-D motherboard for anything after 112 mhz CPU BUS? The book that came with the board only shows up to 112. I have been told it could go faster than that but I want to be sure, not just trying any old setting. I have searched the net but found nothing specific.
Oh, and just curious, is overclocking the cpu's on dual board's going to be the same as single cpu's? Y'know more voltage or things like that?
